All of our rental cars come with premium insurance, providing customers with liability coverage up to a maximum of WST50,000 for personal injury. Customers are responsible for the first WST1,000 in case of any damage.

Yes, we are now authorized to provide Samoan temporary driver's licenses! The fee for this temporary license is WST21.00. Upon picking up your rental vehicle, our agent will issue you one. Please be prepared to pay the fee in cash.

According to Samoa law, all visitors renting a car must obtain a temporary driver's license to legally drive on the island.

The refund policy of Motu Car Rentals is outlined as follows:
If canceled prior to 48 hours' notice, no cancellation fees apply. You’ll be refunded the full amount.
If canceled less than 48 hours notice, you’ll be charged 50% of your total amount and be refunded the other 50%.
No notice (via company email or phone call) resulted in no refund.
No refunds will be made at all once rental begins (except if the car has repeatable problems).
